Welcome to Zicfy Automobile. These Terms govern the use of our services including periodic maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, AC work, washing/detailing for two-wheelers & four-wheelers. By booking or authorizing any job, you agree to these Terms.
1) Scope of Services
Periodic service, oil & filters, brakes, suspension, clutch/transmission, electricals, OBD diagnostics, car AC service (leak check, evaporator/condenser cleaning, refrigerant recharge), wheel alignment/balancing, tyres, battery checks, and washing/polish.
2) Estimates & Approvals
- Preliminary estimates may change after detailed inspection.
- No extra work without your approval via call/SMS/WhatsApp.
- All prices in INR; taxes as applicable.
3) Parts & Warranty
- OEM or equivalent quality parts/fluids.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to parts.
- Service workmanship: re-inspection/rework for reported issue only.
4) Diagnostics & Trial Runs
OBD scans and controlled trial runs may be required; diagnostic charges are payable even if you don’t proceed with repair.
5) Pickup & Drop
Available around Ajwa Road & nearby localities subject to slot availability.
6) Payment
- Payment due on delivery (UPI/QR, cards, net-banking, cash).
- Vehicle may be retained until dues cleared.
7) Cancellations
Special-order parts are non-returnable once ordered with your consent; opened oils/electricals can’t be returned.
8) Liability
- No liability for pre-existing/hidden faults.
- No liability for events beyond control.
